6. Cancellations & Complaints

• We will review complaints and may offer a suitable solution.

7. Liability

• We are not liable for direct/indirect damages from using the platform.
• Users are responsible for verifying the lots and assessing value.
• We are not liable for third-party damages or force majeure.
